Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund
Items may be returned within 20 calendar days of purchase if they are UNUSED (meaning not soiled or no residue of any kind)

We will refund or exchange any of our products that are damaged in shipping, are shown to have factory defects, or any items that does not meet your complete satisfaction. Refunds or Exchanges will not be given to products that have been used or damaged from customer misuse or neglect.
